Kids Savings Accounts

It’s never too early to start saving and developing money management skills! Get your child or grandchild started now. Our Kids Savings accounts are designed for members from birth to age 18.

You’ll need some basic information to get started:

• Social Security Number, and at least one of the following:
  
  • Child’s State Identification
  • Child’s Passport
  • Child’s Birth Certificate
• An adult joint owner must be on the account and will need to provide their government issued photo identification, social security number and address and contact information.
• Set up a transfer from your direct deposit to feed their savings steadily and watch your Kids Savings grow.

Vacation Savings Accounts

You set the amount and make deposits by direct deposit, payroll deduction transfers, cash or check. Vacation Club accounts can be opened anytime you wish and mature each April. Funds automatically transfer to the Primary Share Savings Account upon maturity. Automated deposits renew automatically so you’ll always be saving for the coming year.

Money Market Accounts

We know it’s important for you to have access to your money. With an Advanced Financial Credit Union Money Market account, your funds will be liquid while earning a higher dividend rate than the primary share savings account.

• Open your account with a $2,000 minimum deposit
• Keep a $2,000 minimum balance to earn dividends
• Dividends are tiered and paid monthly calculated on the average dally balance for the month.
